Adding products to the basket

You can use the search function at the top of the page in order to find your desired products. Some products you can also order in your desired design or size. Please note that such variations in design and size may change the price of the product. When you have found something you like from our product range, you can add it to the shopping basket by selecting the number of products and clicking ‘Add to Basket’.

You can review the contents of the basket at the top right corner of the page. Until the products are in the shopping basket and the purchasing process has not been completed, the products remain available to all other customers. If you are sure of your purchase, select the appropriate means of transport and move on to the next page by clicking ‘Secure Payment’. There you can enter the required details and select the payment method. The order is confirmed when you click ‘Place the Order’.

Payment for products

Via bank link in Internet bank 
Upon placing the order, select your bank from the list. After the order is placed, you will be redirected to the pre-completed payment order in your Internet bank. When you have confirmed the order, a notice will be displayed that your order has been registered, and an order confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address.

By invoice
If you cannot pay via Internet bank, just select the “By invoice” payment method and place the order. An invoice will be sent to your e-mail address. You will have to pay the invoice within three days, stating the order number in the transfer details. The order will become active after the payment is made. If you have not paid for the order within three days, the order will be cancelled.

Delivery of goods

Our natural products are usually stocked and ready to be dispatched within 3 working days following the receipt of the payment made for the goods. Our painted products are usually ready to be dispatched within 21 working days. Orders placed during a weekend will be handled on Monday following the weekend. If the product is not in stock, please submit a special order to tellimused@strauss.ee. Products made to custom order will be dispatched within 21 working days.

Altering an order

If you have placed an order, but wish to alter or cancel it, please send an e-mail to tellimused@strauss.ee. Please make sure your e-mail contains the number of the order you wish to alter or cancel.

Warranty and return of goods

We provide a warranty on the goods in the extent established by law. The warranty is only valid with the purchase invoice. The warranty does not cover goods the defects of which are due to incorrect use or normal wear and tear of the goods. Purchased goods can be returned within 14 days. For that purpose the buyer has to submit a relevant application together with the returned goods. The returned goods must be undamaged and unused.

If you are not satisfied with the received goods, you are entitled to cancel the order and return the goods unused and at your own expense within 14 days from the receipt of the ordered goods. We shall then refund the amount paid for the goods to you, less transport expenses. Please send your notice concerning the cancellation of the order together with the bank account number for the refund to tellimused@strauss.ee. The seller shall transfer the payment to the indicated account within 14 days from the receipt of the returned goods. The paid delivery expenses shall not be returned and the costs related to delivery shall not be compensated.
